i lurve his cloud-hair

some blah-blah about this pony:
so because the weather has been stormy recently i was thinking about making a storm-related pony character. and today =Avile13 told me her pony character was a strom pony and she was like "make a big bro for her" so here it is. my stormy alicorn. i think i'll name him "Tempest" :U

Someone recently contacted me to inform me they had stolen my art, but deleted it... I went to their profile and found this: [link]
I was actually hesitant to report them because they actually admitted they had stolen my own art, but when I asked them to take it down they said it was their own... um, so, yeah, stolen art, but only the owner can report, so the link is there so you can report (unless this is a misunderstanding, which I don't think...)

Wow, for a moment I thought I saw tiny lightning bolts in his hair-clouds, but that was just me. Still, it is a very impressive character.

Reminds me of one of mine, who has fog-hair, but isn't a winged unicorn.
